In January 2014, Finbarr McCarthy and Eleanor McGrath purchased Springfield Farm – an over 200-year-old farm of 118 acres in the small hamlet of Apple Hill, Ontario in South Glengarry. They are a proud ORGANIC CERTIFIED working farm.
