At Home and Abroad

Billow Wood are a band based in the rugged West of Ireland. Their original music is made up of folk, trad and mainstream influences. The members are all multi-instrumentalists and mix male and female vocals to create warm rich harmonies. Although the instrument make up consists of Irish harp, fiddle, mandolin, accordion, whistles, keyboard and drums, their high energy stage presence, mixed with uptempo rhythms and toe tapping instrumentals engages audiences of all ages. Their original music, while deeply rooted in the Irish tradition, breaths new life into their stories and songs.
